Hi, Iām Jonelleā a lifelong educator, Montessori advocate, and passionate mentor of teachers.
Iāve spent over a decade working in Montessori classrooms and school leadership, and along the way, Iāve learned this: when we invest in educators, we transform the lives of children. That belief drives everything I do.
I created this training platform to help aspiring and practicing Montessori school staff deepen their practice, grow their confidence, and build classrooms where every child feels seen, respected, and inspired to learn. Iām especially committed to making Montessori training more inclusive, affordable, and accessible to educators from all backgrounds.
When Iām not teaching or working with schools, you can usually find me reading about equity in education, visiting a local classroom, or dreaming up new ways to support the next generation of Montessori leaders.
